Suggested Flights

There is only 1 airline/city that flies directly to Mallorca from the United States. It is United Airlines through Newark to Mallorca. There are other/cheaper options but keep in mind these will be 2+ stops or travelling to another country to connect to Mallorca, Spain (e.g., Cleveland > Dublin > Mallorca).

The suggested flight with only 1 stop if you plan on coming for all events is:

Please use various search engines when looking for flights. For instance, Microsoft Bing Flights will show more affordable European airlines that other search engines do not show (e.g., Swiss Airlines).
Also keep in mind certain days of the week and times of the year flights are cheaper so checking often may be beneficial. It may help to put a price alert on your desired flight to be alerted when the price drops.
Keep in mind the time change as many flights arrive the day after they leave.

Group flights

If you are travelling with 10+ people in a group, there may be a group discount you can receive for flights. You can contact the United Group Desk at the following number to inquire: 800.426.1122. Please be aware when you are ready to book your group flight, they require payment in full for all passengers.

Layover

Be mindful of your layover time between flights. Delays can happen and customs at connecting cities if your connection is international can affect if you make it to your next flight. Allow for around 2 hours between flights. It is recommended to proceed to the connecting gate right away to ensure you are at the correct gate and are on time for boarding.

Transportation

Shuttles will be available at scheduled times to transport guests between the airport and the Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor. We will provide a shuttle schedule closer to the wedding date. If you prefer to arrange your own private transfer, please feel free to contact the hotel’s concierge directly at +34 971 899 100.

The hotel is approximately a 1-hour drive from the airport. Please note that the last 20 minutes of the drive include winding roads through a beautiful, hilly landscape, which may be challenging for guests prone to motion sickness. There is also a stunning lookout point along the way, offering breathtaking views of the island.
